A new year – a new life!

I apologies for the lack of updating in my blog lately, but a lot of things have happened and I’m now moving on to the next phase of my life changing both my job and country of living.

As most of you know, I’ve been living in Hong Kong for the past year, working as the Head of PR & Marketing for a new fashion and style website which is launching any day soon. The whole year has been really fun and rewarding in so many aspects and it has been great to be involved in the start up of something which I genuinely believe in.

However, I have now been offered a new job as a Marketing Manager for a fashion company in London who is promoting up-and-coming designers. The job is everything I dreamed of and the decision to move on has not been hard.

I have already lived in London ones. I moved there in year 2000 and studied media, communication and journalism and thereafter worked as a fashion journalist and stylist before I moved back to my home town Stockholm in the end of 2004.

The past month I have spent a lot of time completing the details of my new employment with the company as well as arranging the move from Hong Kong to London. I will move to London in less than a week and will start my new position at the end of this month. I will fill you in and update you on my new job as soon as I’ve started.

I’m really looking forward to the year of 2011 and hope it brings with it a lot of new, positive and fun things. I’ll keep on smiling.
