Cruise Collection favourites: Salvatore Ferragamo

I know what to expect - class, elegance, ladylike, jet-setting, slighly sporty, trendy - and I love it! Massimiliano Giornetti's collection for Ferragamo is all of this and more. What I like most with this collections is the seventies twist that has inspired most outfits.

Resort 2011 favourites: Alexander McQueen

I adored Alexander McQueen and I believe that Sarah Burton has done a fantastic job to update his design but at the same time keep the mystery behind the clothes. The amazing material is still present, as you can see, as well as the Victorian presence. Is Sarah Burton the our new Queen?

You know I love it - sleek, sophisticated tailoring with an edge. I cannot agree with Nicole Phelps at Style.com more when she writes: "It's when Capasa does understatement that his clothes have the biggest impact."

Resort 2011 favourites: Moschino Cheap & Chic

The "lady look" and inspirations from Chanel is what I like most with Moschino Cheap & Chic´s Resort 2011 collection. I am always searching for that perfect white jacket and now I think I have found it. Rosella Jardini, who took over the Moschino house in 1994 after the death of the founder Franco Moschino, has done a great job with reliving the good, old days with this collection.

The Cruise Collections are here!

Yes! This week the Cruise collections/Resort 2011 hits the stores. This year there were a magical mixture of dots, stripes and colours in many of the collections combined with some clean, basic holiday garments in basic colours brought forward from the Fall 2010 collections; black, white and camel. Apparently we are still not tired of them.
