A Second Skin

Except for the übercool red leather pants by Isabel Marant that I showed you earlier, I definitely think it is worth investing in a pair of black leather pants this fall which goes with everything and can be used both during daytime (with a simple, white shirt) or in the evening with the right top and ankle boots. My choice goes to one of these; Leather suede-panelled motocross pants by Versace, Helmut Lang leather and stretch-jersey leggings or Leather and stretch-jersey leggings by Rick Owens. A second skin

Übercool Isabel Marant's fall collection is something of a F*** O** statement to all the other fall collections where camel coats, grey nails and brown leather bags now take over all shop window displays. I will pull on these red cropped leather pants and pretend that I rule this autumn.

StyleFlash: Cropped trousers

I am so happy that cropped trousers are still going strong this fall. Not only are they flatter for your legs but they also show off whatever cool boots you are wearing without hiding the details. I can not resist the first ones (below) from Prada's Fall 2010 Ready-to-Wear.
